This role is day-based, Monday to Friday, with weekends required on a rotating pattern.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements.
2. Organize the movement of goods from factories.
3. Coordinate customer deliveries, factory clearances, raw material collections, pallet collections, and deliveries.
4. Plan all internal and external movements involving the core fleet and third-party logistics (3PL).
5. Ensure efficient use of available driver numbers.
6. Maintain regular interaction with the Network Management Team and other internal/external teams.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience with transport planning systems.
2. Preferable experience and understanding of international transportation movements.
3. Ability to interpret detailed information and understand its impact on the broader picture.
4. Proven leadership, communication, influencing, and analytical skills, with effective stakeholder management both internally and externally.
5. Ability to prioritize workload effectively amidst competing priorities.
6. Highly numerate, capable of handling large datasets, analyzing, and validating data accurately.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), IT skills, and exposure to SAP.
