We’re on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Knowlsey Industrial Park. This is a key role focused on driving growth and expanding market presence across their core solutions: Managed Print Services, Document Management, and Smart Locker Systems. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients across various sectors. • Understand client needs and present tailored proposals and product demonstrations. • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. • Maintain and manage your pipeline using Pipedrive CRM. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and create engaging sales materials. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. • Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring satisfaction and spotting opportunities to upsell. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within service-based or technology sectors. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Confident communicator with great interpersonal abilities. • Organised and efficient with strong time management. • Comfortable using IT systems and CRMs. • Full UK driving licence required. Desirable: • Experience in print, document management, or workplace technology industries. • Ability to prepare proposals, bids, or tenders.
