Reporting to the Production Manager/Team Leaders, you will work as part of a team to meet production targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Meet set targets whilst working on the production line
* Ensure safe and controlled movement of production parts
* Work effectively within a team environment and use own initiative
* Comply with current and future Health & Safety laws, processes, and procedures
* Follow Standard Work procedures
* Perform any other reasonable duties as instructed
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise, and control daily workload
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Ability to work under pressure and be dependable and reliable
* Work independently with minimal supervision
