About the Role
Are you an organised, detail-focused professional who loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes?
APSCo is looking for a Training Coordinaor to take ownership of the coordination and delivery of all training programmes.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Talent Development team—managing course schedules, booking training rooms, supporting trainers, liaising with delegates, and ensuring every learning experience runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent Development, the APSCo team, and our members, making sure everything from pre-course communications to post-course feedback is handled to perfection.
What You'll Do
* Own it – you will ensure all our training is delivered to the highest standards. If you can see a better way of doing something, go for it
* Coordinate & schedule training courses via various online platforms including our in-house Learning Hub.
* Manage bookings – from processing booking and updating delegate lists to keeping a variety of systems accurate and up to date.
* Prepare materials – agendas, workbooks, presentations, certificates, and other resources for both online and in-person delivery. If you have a flair for design and creativity we will put this to good use.
* Support trainers & delegates before, during, and after training days.
* Handle communications – emails, phone calls and automated reminders help the process to run smoothly.
* Assist with CMI programmes – registrations, assessment tracking, accreditation management, and audit preparation.
About You

* A great communicator, able to build relationships with trainers, members, and colleagues.
* Flexible and willing to occasionally adjust hours to meet course schedules.

Hours and location
* 37 hours per week: Mon–Thu 9:00am–5:30pm, Fri 9:00am–5:00pm (with some flexibility).
* Based in our London office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
