Ready to take charge and make an impact in the largest Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom in Cambridge? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray (Cambridge Norman Way). As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of 12, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll shape the success of your branch, create opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
2. Driving business growth through strong relationships with new and existing customers
3. Overseeing showroom design and product displays, or managing branch performance and profitability
4. Supporting and mentoring your team through training, one-to-ones, and reviews
5. Ensuring resources – from stock to transport – are used to their full potential
6. Championing safety, service, and creativity every day

9. Previous management experience (branch or showroom) is ideal, but we’ll support you with training and development
