Education Projects Coordinator (Monitoring and Impact)Job Type: Full-Time.Starting Salary: 41005 - 45616 per annum plus benefitsTo find out more about the job please click the apply for job button to be taken to Imperial job siteAbout the roleAs our Education Projects Coordinator (Monitoring and Impact), you will play a key role in supporting the analysis of Education Office activities, helping to track and measure the impact of projects that shape the student experience at Imperial. Working across a broad portfolio of initiatives, including those focused on widening participation, you will collect, analyse and communicate data that drives meaningful, evidence-based decisions aligned with Imperial's Learning and Teaching Strategy, Class of 2030 Strategy and the university's Access and Participation Plan.What you would be doingIn this varied and impactful role, you will:Support the development and maintenance of processes to monitor participation, engagement, success measures and outcomes across projects, with a particular focus on widening participation.Collect, analyse and triangulate quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups, administrative datasets) to assess project effectiveness and impactProduce reports, briefings and presentations for committees and working groups to facilitate effective oversight and decision-makingDevelop and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and evaluation frameworks to support consistent insight generationInnovate by recommending changes to working practices and methods.What we are looking forWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can demonstrate:Administrative experience in a higher education setting, with a genuine interest in learning, teaching and the student experienceStrong data skills - experience collecting, analysing and presenting both quantitative and qualitative data, with the ability to turn findings into clear, actionable insightsKnowledge of the widening participation agenda in the UK and an understanding of the higher education academic environmentExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce materials for a wide range of audiences including reports, presentations and web contentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with experience of or willingness to develop skills in Power BIWhat we can offer youThe opportunity to contribute to work at a world-leading institution and make a real difference to the student experienceA supportive working culture that champions professional development and encourages innovationBenefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 41 days' annual leave and generous pension schemes).Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.Further informationThis is a full-time post (35 hours per week).This role is for a fixed-term contract for 24 months.If you require any further details about the role, please contact: Andrea Garrod - a.garrod@imperial,ac,uk .
