Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The role involves leading digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance marketing and PPC analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support membership growth, ensuring effective budgeting and timeliness.
* Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with expertise in search and display advertising.
* Utilizing Google Tag Manager for triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Setting up and reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and data-driven.
* Managing email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automations to drive performance.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using automations.
* Supporting the ongoing improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Strong skills in GA4 and data-driven decision making.
* Experience managing LinkedIn paid campaigns, especially lead generation and building audiences.
* Ability to manage internal relationships across various seniorities.
* In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
