NPI Project Engineer £32,000 - £35,000 Plastics Manufacturing Worcestershire We are seeking an NPI Project Engineer to manage new product introductions from design through to customer approval within a plastics manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role with ownership of tooling, process development and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with toolmakers, customers and internal teams to ensure robust, efficient manufacturing processes and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Manage NPI projects from concept to customer sign-off. * Interpret engineering drawings and CAD data to ensure manufacturability. * Manage tooling suppliers, tool design reviews and build progress. * Plan and run tool trials, analysing results and validating processes. * Develop and optimise manufacturing processes. * Produce process documentation and dimensional reports. * Provide technical support to production and resolve tooling/process issues.
