This role contributes to business success and growth, delivering pipeline requirements in alignment with the company strategy while ensuring maximum efficiency and margin.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the Development and Bid Strategy, actively promoting RIFM in the marketplace.
* Generate leads through market and client research and identify bid/tender opportunities in current and new markets.
* Develop, maintain and manage relationships with key customers to manage business agreements and contracts, identifying opportunities to expand scope with existing clients.
* Identify key bid and contract objectives with clients before and during the bid process.
* Coordinate and manage estimating and bid resources, ensuring improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.
Qualifications and Experience
* Approximately 5+ years’ experience in the Facilities Management sector.
* Experience aligning business development and sales strategies and solutions.
* Proven track record presenting tenders and proposals, successfully pitching for new business.
* Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.
* Track record in contract improvement and delivery.
