We are currently recruiting an experienced and talented individual to join our Clinical Support team, part of our award-winning Clinical Negligence team, as a Litigation Nurse.
Location is flexible - all locations will be considered.
The role of the Litigation Nurse involves assisting legal teams with record reviews, drafting allegations of Breach of Duty, and analysing expert records to assess the impact of breach of duty and avoidable injuries, considering patients' pre-existing health conditions.
Key responsibilities include reviewing the merits of new enquiries, communicating with clients, and investigating cases.
Opportunities exist to attend meetings with charity partners and collaborate with the business development team to raise awareness and enhance your profile in the Clinical Negligence market.
Full legal training will be provided if needed. The role also involves providing training and expert advice to legal teams.
Applicants with nursing qualifications (such as RGN) and NMC registration are encouraged to apply.
