Administrator
We are working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Administrator will be responsible for:
· Providing day-to-day administrative support
· Logging information onto the In House System
· Updating customer records
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
· Working with customers and dealing with any problems that may arise
· Providing strong customer service
What you will need to have for the Administrator role:
· Previous experience working in an administration role
· Customer service experience
· Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
· Able to work independently and show initiative
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Clear, confident verbal communicator Client-focused with strong rapport-building skills
