Job Details
The salary for this role is £37,509. Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, with active support for flexible working. The role is based at Culham, Oxfordshire.
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including DBS checks and possibly open source data searches.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will support business objectives through planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, and costing to inform decision-making and drive financial performance. Responsibilities include:
* Performance review and analysis, producing reports for project managers and management.
* Providing costing information for proposals and bids.
* Preparing and analyzing month-end accounts.
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Producing financial reports and liaising with auditors.
* Maintaining a robust control environment, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
* Collaborating on capital expenditure reporting.
* Supporting finance initiatives like report testing and system upgrades.
Qualifications
Essential:
* AAT Qualified/in final stages or qualified by experience.
* Experience with project costing and forecasting.
* Experience in a business partnering environment.
* Understanding of revenue recognition and multi-funding control.
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Unit 4 – Agresso preferred).
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
