This exciting remote-based opportunity will focus on expanding and managing a client portfolio across the North West and Warrington regions. As a key member of the sales team, you will help drive new business, build strong customer relationships, and ensure continued company growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North West and Warrington area, including cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with both new and existing clients. Technical Sales: Utilize your knowledge of precision engineering parts to effectively communicate technical solutions and understand client requirements. Customer Meetings: Attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen relationships and drive sales. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling and email outreach to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly team meetings and get-togethers at the Glasgow head office to collaborate and share best practices with the wider team. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in the company CRM. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Skills & Experience: Sales Background: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in technical or precision engineering products. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Customer-Centric: A focus on providing exceptional service to clients and managing expectations. Proven Success: Experience in driving revenue growth and consistently achieving sales targets. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while being results-driven. Cold Calling & Networking: Comfortable making outbound calls and attending networking events to build new business. Knowledge of Precision Engineering: Familiarity with precision engineering parts or a similar technical background would be an advantage.
