The Role
This fully remote position offers exceptional flexibility. Choose the days and hours that suit you — allowing your work to fit around your life, not the other way around. You will manage a varied caseload of employment law matters while delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused advice. All work is provided but consultants with a portable client book are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a broad caseload, including claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and Employment Tribunal matters.
* Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice to clients.
* Handle incoming client enquiries and convert leads into new instructions.
* Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
* Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in employment law (contentious and/or non-contentious).
* Comfortable managing your own caseload and working independently.
* Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
* Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and confident when advising remotely.
* Able to manage inbound leads and convert enquiries into instructions.
* Dedicated administrative support and full IT assistance.
* All equipment provided (laptop, phone, landline).
* Access to a consistent flow of high-quality employment law work.
* No unrealistic billing targets — focus on quality, not quantity.
