Responsibilities As a Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the legal team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing administrative and clerical support, including managing diaries, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. Assisting with the preparation, proofreading, and filing of legal documents and correspondence. Maintaining and organising legal files, records, and databases to ensure accessibility and compliance. Conducting basic research to support case preparation. Acting as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to the legal team. Performing other general office support tasks as assigned. Qualifications We are looking for a motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications: Experience in Office Support : Proven experience in an office support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Location Flexibility - Central : Ability to commute and work in the office located in the Central area. Temporary Role : Readiness and availability to take on a temporary post with the potential for extension based on performance and company needs. Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus but not required.
