The CommunityRehabilitation Service supports individuals in their recovery from mentalill-health. As a Rehabilitation TherapyAssistant, you'll play a key part in helping individuals on their journey of recoveryfrom mental ill-health. This role is both varied and rewarding, offering thechance to work directly with people across different stages of theirrehabilitation in both community and inpatient settings.
You'll carry out therapeutic interventionsunder the guidance and supervision of an Occupational Therapist or ClinicalLead and contribute meaningfully to multidisciplinary team discussions andplans of care.
One day you might be running a small group sessionfocusing on developing daily living skills or confidence-building activities.Another day, you could be working one-on-one with someone who needs helpestablishing a routine, building mobility, or accessing community resources.We look after North East Lincolnshire's mental health andwell-being, an award-winning social enterprise that provides mental healthservices to the NHS and beyond.
