Our client is a family run business, with an amazing product and customer centric approach. They have 160 stores in the UK and a rapidly growing online, International and concessions business. They really care about people, customers, and the communities in which they trade and are now looking for a Merchandise FP&A Analyst to be based out of their amazing Amersham head office. The role will be hybrid, with a split of three days office, two days working from home.
As their Merchandise FP&A Analyst you will provide commercial analysis that supports the buying and merchandising teams in making informed business decisions and maintaining accurate financial planning. You work closely with stakeholders across finance, buying, merchandising, and supply chain to contribute to growth initiatives, stock management, and overall business performance. Our Merchandise FP&A Analyst will be proactive, attentive to detail, and analytical, with a natural curiosity to understand the reasoning behind numerical data. With strong communication skills, you'll build strong professional relationships and present insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
