An Electrician is required to work on the maintenance of housing stock for this council in North Wales.
Responsibilities
The role will include testing and remedial works on void and tenanted properties across the association's housing stock.
Qualifications
You will be an experienced electrician with extensive knowledge of the social housing sector. You will have exceptional customer facing skills and be well versed in producing reports.
You ideally have the 18th Edition, 2391 or 2394/5, CSCS card, Asbestos awareness although 2391 isn't essential. A van may be provided or mileage paid and this is a long term role working for a well respected employer.
