Service Advisor Required in Southend-on-Sea:
1. Up to £28k basic / £34k OTE
2. Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday mornings

Our automotive client based in the Southend-on-Sea area, is currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Main Car Dealership. As a business, they support a highly sought-after volume franchised within the motor trade and will always look to promote from within where possible for staff who show promise, dedication and ability so when the time is right here your career will progress!
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between customers and the service team. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, ensuring service appointments run smoothly, and delivering a high level of satisfaction through clear communication and expert advice. Your goal is to ensure every customer’s needs are met while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.

4. Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
6. Ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
7. Handle customer complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and services.
9. Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
10. Process payments, manage customer accounts, and handle billing enquiries.
11. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

12. Company: Franchise/Main Car Dealer.
13. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00.
14. Alternate Saturdays worked 08:00 – 13:00.
15. Basic Salary: up to £28,000 p.a.
16. Overall Earning Potential of £34,000 p.a! (uncapped)
17. Pathway for progression into a more senior position for those who show willingness and promise.
18. Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
19. Required: UK Right to Work & Full UK Driving Licence.
