We are looking for someone to join our busy Own Products Team as an Operations Assistant.
MAIN TASKS
Tours:
* Take ownership of all information packs for our drivers and couriers, ensuring they have all the information needed.
* Ensure all arrangements for travel, tickets are confirmed, along with method of payment.
* Ensure suppliers and hotels are up to date with all information required.
* Complete a final check on the departing tour, ensuring all details are accurate.
* Ensure information on paperwork and systems are accurate.
* Manage changes to tours and day trips; action and advise involved parties.
General
* Provide support to other team members as required including the Own Products Operations Manager.
* Provide information to Reservations, drivers and traffic as and when required.
* Authorise invoices for payment.
Additional Duties
* Provide sales support during peak brochure periods.
* Other duties as directed by the Head of Own Products.
* Assist with preparation of Christmas departures and attend on the day.
* Take ownership of ordering hot drinks for tours, preparing drinks for departures, and managing stock.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
