Handyperson required to work in the Public Sector in Netownabbey.
Your new role
Responsible for carrying out a wide range of external and internal repair and maintenance works across housing stock
* Carry out small roof repairs, including patching and minor remedial works.
* Install and repair fencing
* Complete concrete repairs, including patching and resurfacing
* Undertake small brickwork repairs
* Carry out flagging and paving repairs
* Complete minor plastering repairs
* Perform painting and decorating tasks
* Conduct property clear-outs and cleaning, ensuring properties are left in good condition
* Identify maintenance issues and carry out effective repairs
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a Handyperson, maintenance, or multi-trade role (1 and 5 years preferred)
* Demonstrable skills across a range of trades, e.g:
* Basic plumbing (leaks, fitting taps, etc.)
* Electrical (minor works only - changing sockets, light fittings)
* Carpentry (doors, skirting, small repairs)
* Painting & decorating
* General property maintenance
* Access NI Required
* Tools Required.
