Job Title: Static Maintenance Plumber
Location: Saffron Walden
Hours: Full:Time, Monday to Friday, 8am : 5pm
Salary: 40:45k
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Static Maintenance Plumber to join our team on:site at a large commercial office building.
The Role
Working as part of an on:site facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance tasks, including reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance. You will help ensure the buildings systems run smoothly and safely for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and emergency plumbing repairs
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Assist with water hygiene tasks and compliance checks
Maintain records and communicate any issues to site management
Work safely and in line with health and safety regulations
What We Offer
Full:time, permanent role
Stable Monday to Friday schedule (8am:5pm)
Work on a single, high:profile site : no travel required

Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
Previous Experience In Commercial Building Maintenance Preferred
Strong problem:solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
