I’m working with a well-established Building Services and Maintenance company in Stratford who are looking to add an Account Manager to their growing service team.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as a Service Coordinator, Contract Support, Senior Administrator or Client Services professional within FM, M&E or Building Services who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, oversee contract performance and act as the main point of contact ensuring service delivery, client satisfaction and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Overseeing contract performance, KPIs and service delivery
• Managing breakdowns, quotations and maintenance works
• Attending client meetings and contract reviews
• Identifying opportunities for additional works and contract growth
Package
• Salary up to £35,000
• Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
