Job Description
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing design team on a major complex project
* Support the development of design concepts across RIBA Stages 0–3
* Produce multiple design iterations for mixed-use and associated urban/public realm spaces
* Prepare design and access statements, feasibility studies, concept sketches and presentation material
* Develop high-quality 3D models and drawing packages in Revit
Key Skills
* Previous competition-stage experience is highly desirable
* Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
* Rhino experience is advantageous but not essential
* Experience across transport, urban design, masterplanning, or other large-scale complex projects preferred
* Excellent design and graphical ability demonstrated through portfolio
* Must be available at short notice / within 2 weeks
