Recruit Engineering is a specialist division supporting some of the UK’s most innovative engineering and manufacturing organisations. Internally, our team is built on high standards, collaboration, and a genuine passion for technical industries. We’re now looking for a motivated Graduate or Administrator to join our internal operations team and support our Senior Engineering Consultants and Directors.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent role for someone at the start of their career who wants to build strong foundations in a professional, engineering‑focused environment. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and senior leaders, gaining exposure to recruitment operations, engineering disciplines, and commercial processes.
We offer ongoing development, structured training, and the chance to grow into more senior operational, coordination, or consultant‑focused roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Senior Engineering Consultants and Directors
* Prepare documentation, reports, and candidate packs
* Manage internal systems, data entry, and compliance processes
* Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and client calls
* Support marketing and candidate attraction activities when required
* Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth workflow across the division
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
What We’re Looking For
* A college or university background, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, STEM, or a related technical discipline
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication and a proactive approach
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple tasks
* A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
* Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress within a growing team
