The successful candidate will:
* Have experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, or other learning differences)
* Be confident working 1:1 or with small groups
* Bring patience, understanding, and strong communication skills
* Be adaptable and willing to follow personalised support plans
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
