Overview

What You’ll Do As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll use your extensive property management experience and specialist knowledge to support teams across your region. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll advise, coach, and guide Property Managers and wider teams to deliver exceptional services for residents. You’ll play a key role in resolving complex cases, strengthening operational performance, and driving improvements across some of our most challenging schemes.


Responsibilities

* Support Property Managers on complex leasehold and property management cases, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and training to help colleagues develop their skills and confidence.
* Lead on high‑profile or intricate matters, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
* Work collaboratively with contract partners, Repairs, Assets, Places & Estates and other teams to deliver consistent, customer‑focused services.
* Ensure service charges are fair, reasonable, and well‑managed across schemes.
* Oversee complaints and escalations, tracking actions through to completion.
* Drive performance improvements by identifying issues, developing solutions, and supporting teams to achieve KPIs.
* Maintain oversight of repairs, ASB, safeguarding and compliance, ensuring teams follow NHG procedures.
* Lead departmental projects that support operational efficiency and enhance the resident experience.
* Provide regional management cover when required and contribute to recruitment, induction, and training of new starters.


Qualifications

Essential:

* Associate of The Property Institute (ATPI)
* Significant experience delivering property management services to residents, managing a large or complex property portfolio
* Strong financial awareness, with experience managing property‑related budgets.
* Confident engaging and collaborating with residents, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret leases, contracts and management agreements, and manage stakeholders in line with these.

Desirable:

* Relevant management experience.
