Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operation of mechanical systems across a large healthcare site. Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, motors, and other equipment) are maintained and operated to the highest standards. Lead a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery of mechanical maintenance services. Act as the point of contact for mechanical issues and resolve any issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
