Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment.Contributes to menu development as required.Assist in the overall management of the cleanliness and general housekeeping of the kitchen, back of house, service & waste areas.Assist with the receipt and storage of deliveries.Communicates with the senior team and support their lead.Assists in implementing any new policies and procedure as requested by the senior team.Supports and assists other staff members across the site, under reasonable request.
