Responsibilities:
7. Setting and operating CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
8. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
9. Selecting appropriate tools and materials for the job
10. Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications
11. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process
12. Following health and safety protocols at all times
13. Collaborating with colleagues and other team members to achieve production targets
Essential Skills:
14. Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
15. Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications
16. Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment
17. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
18. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
19. Experience working with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics
20. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
Technologies:
21. CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
22. Precision measuring equipment
