Our client, a highly regarded independent Estate Agency in Bury St Edmunds, is currently looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This Sales Negotiator position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and professional office, helping clients throughout the buying and selling process while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
The successful Sales Negotiator will play a key role in generating business, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
1. Previous sales, customer service or estate agency experience preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
4. Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
5. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
6. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
Key Sales Negotiator Duties:
7. Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
8. Conducting property viewings and highlighting key property features
9. Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
10. Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
11. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other industry professionals
12. Generating new business opportunities and securing future instructions
13. Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
