We are looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of six AP Assistants
Oversee the day-to-day processing of high-volume invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor the AP inbox and workflow queues, ensuring queries are resolved promptly
Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Playing an active role in our new ERP system integration, supporting and helping the team adapt to new ways of working
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in Accounts Payable supervision or senior AP role
Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and financial controls
Experience Supervising and developing a team
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in AP/ERP finance systems and Excel
