We are expanding our service and now hiring SUPPORT WORKERS to join our team to support young adults living with ASD, learning disabilities and other associated conditions. We are a small family run business with a friendly working environment. We are looking for someone to: Support young people with daily living tasks and to live their best lives, whilst they enjoy new experiences such as going to the gym, cinema, bingo, the zooin fact, anything fun that can improve a life. What We're Looking For: ✅ A genuine passion for helping others ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ A patient, respectful, and empathetic nature ✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ✅ NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care Advantageous but not require as training will be given.
