The Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused professional with a can-do attitude and a knack for administration? Choice are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sale of funeral plans, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless operations within our extensive network. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in offering a tailored service to each customer whilst working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Customer Service: Provide an excellent customer service tailored to each customer to ensure their enquiry, and any specific needs are met
6. Communication: Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms, and assist in preparing scheduled reports.
7. Administrative Support: Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, processing payments, compiling spreadsheets, and filing.
8. Customer Interaction: Address administrative requests and inquiries from branch employees, customer, and third-party affiliates.
9. Record Keeping: Ensure accurate recording of all plan sales and redemptions, and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
10. Client Service: Provide quality service, handle customer queries, and promote our full range of services including funeral pre-need plans.

15. Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure

17. Proficient in Microsoft Applications
This role requires adherence to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. The successful candidate must:
18. Complete required training and assessments to become a competent plan seller
19. Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) aligned with FCA requirements
20. Act in accordance with FCA Conduct Rules and Principles for business
21. Support and consider the needs of vulnerable customers
