Service Co-ordinator required for our Solihull Site

As a Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inbound enquiries. You will coordinate all required works with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure jobs are completed on time, meeting customer expectations, service level agreements, and internal KPIs.
Your responsibilities include processing and managing jobs from enquiry to invoice, maintaining databases and portals accurately and efficiently. You will work in the Field Service department within the aftersales division.
Working hours will be between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, totaling 39.5 hours per week. We seek someone with excellent communication skills and the following knowledge and transferable skills:
* First point of contact for enquiries, queries, and disputes via phone and email
* Handling enquiries professionally, effectively, and efficiently
* Maintaining an effective planner to ensure timely completion of works
* Proactively managing 'units down' to ensure they are returned to service promptly
* Communicating daily with engineers via phone
* Logging all customer concerns using appropriate processes
