We are seeking an Anaesthesia Intern to join our established team, where you'll work closely with 3 ECVAA Diplomates, 2 Anaesthesia Clinicians, and 4 ECVAA Residents, alongside a dedicated nursing team within a leading multidisciplinary practice known for its medical excellence. This role offers a unique chance for professional advancement within a cutting-edge veterinary hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care, education, and research.
This internship is ideal for those interested in pursuing an Anaesthesia Residency. You'll be exposed to a wide range of complex cases, participate in weekly teaching rounds, and gain valuable experience in mentoring and training junior anaesthesia staff.

Hours aimed to achieve a work-life balance
This is a full-time position with hours varying week to week. Most day shifts are 8.00am to 6.30pm, but some flexibility is required based on case pressure within the practice. You will also be required to work in a rota working on-call, nights, weekends, and a share of bank holidays.
What You’ll Need
Applicants should have 1-2 years’ experience in a small animal practice or have completed a one-year rotating internship. Candidates must have excellent English language skills, be highly motivated and work well within a team. Candidates must be members of the RCVS.
