This is an opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to become part of a specialist sustainability, energy, and net zero design consultancy offering strategic and technical advice within the built environment and to businesses wishing to optimise their sustainability performance.
The role will focus on the delivery of BREEAM; from feasibility work and planning support through to certification. In addition, depending on your technical background, the role will offer wider opportunities, e.g. energy modelling, LCA, sustainability & energy statement and Net-Zero strategies.
The ideal Senior Sustainability Consultant will have:
1. Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
2. BREEAM AP or BREEAM Assessor accreditation
3. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar sustainability role (although applications from exceptional
4. candidates with less experience will also be considered).
5. Experience of working on BREEAM assessments through to certification, with BREEAM
