Sales Representative - East Grinstead, West Sussex
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE Plus Commission
We are working with a Facilities company who are looking to recruit a Sales Representative working with in-bound calls, no cold calling will be involved. This role comes with more challenges than most, but also great rewards. It's made for someone with strong people skills, and a genuine desire to help others. In this growing facilities company, you won't be pushing products, you’ll be guiding homeowners through important decisions with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing
* Converting customer enquiries into bookings.
* Handling enquiries with honesty and care.
* Creating tailored quotes and booking jobs in their CRM scheduling system.
* Explaining solutions clearly – no jargon, just friendly professionalism.
* Delivering top-tier customer service before, during and after the sale.
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery.
What They are Looking For
* Previous sales or customer-service experience (phone/email)
* Confidence with writing emails, using software, and quoting
* Great communication skills – warm, clear and professional
* Organised and detail-oriented – someone who takes pride in getting it right
* A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
* Construction/roofing knowledge is a bonus, but not essential – they will train you
