Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate
Salary: Up to £80,000 + annual bonus (10%) + private healthcare
Location: Field-based, with occasional travel to the main office

Our wholesale business is growing rapidly, and we’re creating opportunities for experienced business development professionals who want to shape what comes next. As the Senior Business Development Manager for Corporate & Key Accounts, you’ll lead the acquisition and development of high-value, multi-site retail partnerships across the UK.
This national role is all about building trusted relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and securing long‑term contracts that enhance our wholesale offering.

Your remit covers the corporate pipeline end‑to‑end — from opportunity identification and negotiation to integration and long‑term value creation.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and deliver the national corporate acquisition strategy
* Build strong, influential relationships with senior‑level decision‑makers
* Lead complex, multi‑site negotiations ensuring deals are commercially sound and operationally scalable
* Partner closely with commercial, finance, operational and onboarding teams to ensure seamless integration
* Represent the business externally, raising our visibility and credibility in key retail channels
* Work toward both individual and team targets, using insight to help shape future growth
What You’ll Bring
* Experience managing and delivering large‑scale corporate acquisitions
* Background in complex onboarding and multi‑site integration
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to convert insight into action
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Proven track record in new business wins & exceeding targets
* Sector experience and an established contact network (highly advantageous)
Scope & Ways of Working
* National remit, with autonomy to manage your own travel and appointments
* Travel to the main office ideally around once a week, depending on business needs
* BDMs are typically assigned a specific sector or channel (e.g., forecourts, holiday parks)
* Team‑wide targets supported by individual performance goals
* Ability to sell across the full wholesale product and partnership portfolio
