Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Keynsham office, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our customer base. Key responsibilities include devising strategic business development plans, conducting market research, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and uphold the company's high service standards.
Qualifications
* Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proven ability in lead generation, business development, and sales strategies
* Experience in market research and analyzing industry trends to identify growth opportunities
* Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively
* Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and related sales software is advantageous
* Ability to work in a hybrid setup and regularly visit the office in Keynsham
* Experience within the equipment hire or related industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
