Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all pupils
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform planning and interventions
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency, share best practice, and contribute to school improvement
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, events, and enrichment activities
