Class 2 Driver
Overview: To deliver products to customers within a specific area in a safe and friendly manner. Responsible for the care and upkeep of your designated vehicle. To provide excellent Customer service standards to every customer.
Main Duties:
1. Preparing the vehicle by conducting operator maintenance, ensuring all products for a delivery are correct and loaded safely.
2. Completing delivery notes, return sheets, and collecting payments.
3. Executing any special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed on the delivery note.
4. Maintaining customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information.
5. Checking run sheets, picked orders for your deliveries, and routing.
6. Planning your route and requirements for the drop by studying the schedule and customer requests on the delivery note.
7. Informing customers of any stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
8. Returning all empty cases and gas bottles, ensuring they are stored correctly in the empties yard and unloaded properly.
9. Adhering to correct health and safety procedures.
10. Completing all required checks and passing check sheets to the distribution manager.
11. Assisting in the warehouse when required.
12. Maintaining a presentable appearance in the correct LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
13. Performing physical and manual handling tasks.
Knowledge and Experience:
1. Good safety practices and driving habits.
2. Possessing the correct driving license required for the vehicle.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Additional Information:
* Work schedule: any 5 days out of 7. Start times between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with finish times from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
* £2000 discretionary bonus, subject to meeting KPIs.
