International Administrator (6-month FTC) Evri is leading the way in creating responsible delivery experiences across the UK, and we’re looking for an Administrator to join our International Planning Team. About the RoleWe’re looking for an International Administrator to join our International Planning team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the smooth operation of our global network by providing accurate data and helping plan transportation activities. You’ll analyze key data, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure everything aligns with international KPIs and hub capacities. The position includes both daytime and nighttime shift rotations to maintain essential network coverage. What You’ll DoYou will monitor inbound arrivals using customer pre-alerts and forecasts to ensure vehicle capacity meets demand. Working closely with airline ground handlers, customs teams, and warehouse managers, you’ll plan collections and transport bookings, create paperwork for drivers, and provide daily updates on network status. You’ll also manage communications with drivers, airlines, and third parties to resolve queries and keep operations running smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll prepare vehicle load plans, oversee ULD returns, and ensure all activities meet service level agreements. Workplace safety and teamwork will be key throughout your daily duties. What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), good maths and English, and the ability to work independently. You should be a clear communicator with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience or knowledge of air imports/exports is an advantage but not essential. Above all, you’ll be a team player who can make quick decisions and effectively coordinate with different stakeholders.
