Pay Rate: £30,931.00
Responsibilities
* Have a passion for all things selling and customers; lead by example, provide fantastic service to all customers, and coach your team to do the same
* Be responsible for delivering the store’s daily, weekly and yearly targets, and ensuring your team knows what they need to do each shift to deliver what’s required
* Review store performance and action plans – feeding back any challenges
* Utilise key holders to ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures
* Prepare and issue store rotas
* Be responsible for stock inventory, ensuring actions are implemented to minimise stock loss
* Coach and mentor staff; conduct regular 1:1s, monitor performance, and recognise achievements
* Recruit for the store by identifying talent, passion and spark, recognising that a great team is key to store performance
What You Will Bring
* Talent for management from previous experience as an assistant/store manager in a fast-paced environment

* Spark to think and act strategically, enjoying hands-on day-to-day store running
