Job Description
On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards is currently recruiting for an FRA Project Manager for a long-term social housing contract role in Enfield and the surrounding areas. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor, and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has flourished over recent years, and this role presents a great opportunity to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
1. Managing a team of supervisors, carpenters, and passive fire stoppers undertaking FRA works.
2. Liaising and directing sub-contractor teams undertaking works on site.
3. Reviewing incoming projects and allocating the necessary internal staff resources.
4. Engaging sub-contractors and supporting the FRA team in surveying sites prior to works.
5. Ensuring that all aspects of each project are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled.
6. Delivering projects within programme and budget.
7. Providing support and guidance to the FRA team.
8. Working closely with the contract management team to be a key influencer in decision-making.
9. Ensuring all company procedures are being complied with.
10. Ensuring all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
* H&S and welfare of your team.
* Responsible for P&L budgeting, implementation, and performance.
* Implementing processes for contract performance and strategic growth.
* Reporting and analyzing contract performance – Contract KPIs and Business performance targets.
* Building, developing, shaping, mentoring, and leading the delivery team, including supply chain partners.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, with a lunch break from 8am to 5pm.
