About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to service users living independently within the community. You will support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and wellbeing, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Delivering safe, compassionate care in service users’ homes Supporting with personal care, daily routines, and mobility Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing Building trusted, professional relationships with service users Following care plans and maintaining high standards of care Essential Requirements Enhanced DBS check Relevant care qualifications and training Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential) Experience in domiciliary or community‑based care Right to work in the UK Why This Role?
