Your Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests
* Take accurate food and drink orders confidently
* Recommend and serve wine pairings
* Present and serve wine and champagne professionally
* Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
* 18+ years of age
* At least 12 months of experience in a similar role
* Confident with tray service, wine handling, and Wine pairings
* Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, personable, and able to build rapport with guests
* Must be available for 90% of match days throughout the 2025/26 football season
