Manchester (Trafford Park)
GBP13.85 per hour
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible start and finish times, as long as 37.5 hours are completed per week)
Hybrid working - up to 2 days from home after training, based on performance
Role
We are looking for an Administrator to provide essential support to the subcontracting team across all divisions. This is a varied role involving general administration, coordination with external partners, and day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out general administrative tasks including close‑downs, delivery queries, stock adjustments, booking slots, and returns
* Updating records and liaising with external co-packers
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Supporting the subcontracting team across all areas as required
* Assisting with subcontracting production processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience within a similar environment
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience within an FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environment
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to manage phone and email queries professionally
* Self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to work
* A strong team player with excellent attention to detail
