Role: Claims Handler
Salary: £31,161 per annum with an increase on completion of 6-month probation
Hours: 47-hour contract, working Monday – Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-12. You will also be rota'ed to work some bank holidays 8-12.

Role and location
We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our Accident Repair Centre team. You will work in a modern, fast-paced, clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat
* Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
* Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
* Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business
What we are looking for
* At least one year of contact centre experience
* Outbound calling experience
* Excellent computer literacy
