Complete appraisals, probation reviews, and other HR-related documentation. Complete gap analysis reviews on all the team to ensure all have the same level of knowledge. Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear,courteous, polite, professional and respectful Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount Where applicable: appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable all training will be provided All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood and followed Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either UniTrust or at the request of the Client and/or tenants To support internal and external audit processes from UniTrust Security representatives, Client/Tenant Representatives, the SIA, any other relevant body with a relevant interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines where appropriate Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct Essential Skills: Previous Supervisory experience desired Excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills and confidence Exceptional customer service skills Resilient and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to help solve problems and overcome challenges Ability to work to instruction and on your own initiative where required Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programmes Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of the current environment Operation of CCTV/access control communications in an appropriate manner Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Security Supervisor!
